Love Letters began with a vision to create a space to celebrate the love that grief leaves behind.
The exhibition is a meditation on love and loss, an invitation to reflect on what remains and what is remembered. Through their practices, the exhibiting artists navigate grief with tenderness; their works become testaments of love and gestures of care in their own right.
Love Letters promises moments of introspection and a celebration of our shared longing for love and joy.

The curation extended beyond the selection of works, into creating a warm, memorable space for visitors.
Each artist was invited to write a letter in place of a traditional artist statement. The title of the exhibition followed from that decision.

Opening Night
The opening drew a full room. People moved through the works, connecting with the works, the artists and each other in their own ways.

The letters became a gathering point of the night. Visitors were naturally pulled towards the central plinth, even forming a little crowd rotating the letters between them.

The evening began with Damla Yarar's performance piece, Washing and Drying, drawing people into a quiet stillness.

The design language for the posters carried elements resonant with the exhibition theme:
an envelope, a handwritten title and a warm watercolour wash.
